That horn is not the bus letting people know that the stop is coming. That horn is the sound it makes when someone presses the stop button inside a bus signaling that they wish to leave the bus.

Yeah that’s an issue with the newest version of GTA. The mod needs to be updated. The developer was very busy, but it might me updated soon. Keep checking the GTA MODS page!
