Error 503 is basically not a problem from your end, it is just that the server that the software connects to is not ready to connect either due to heavy traffic or it is under maintenance. You can wait for some time and it will be good when the server is repaired👍

This can happen due to: - sign in issues: try opening the software while you are connected to the internet, it will probably ask you to sign in again to confirm your license, then it will be good to go -mismatched system specs: maybe you are running an older/newer version which is not supported by your system, this can be checked on their official website where they mention the minimum system requirements for the release version -less RAM: sometimes with internet on and chrome running, the software can crash due to less memory, try pressing Win+X on the keyboard and open the taskbar, here if Google Chrome Or any other browser is still running in the background you can try closing it and then opening the software I believe this should solve the issue, if not, you can inform me here with your system specs and I will be able to better assist you👍

hi Carolina, I'm afraid that you can't run CST on Mac as their website states that the software is compatible with Windows operating systems. But if you would like to install it on Windows, the steps are the same except the software comes by its new name: Simula CST

its the version difference, earlier they were testing features so they had them included in the free edition, the latest version has removed them from the student version, you can always buy the license which can give you access to all the features...

Check the internet connection or see if your anti virus is blocking the download, in some cases anti virus like norton can block the download. Also look for software requirements in the installation guide to check if the version you are trying actually supports your operating system

No not compulsory, but sometimes windows thinks that some features may be viruses so it does not allow to install them, now in order to prevent that from happening, we generally recommend to install softwares after disabling ani viruses✌

At which stage of the video does it say so? 1) while registering yourself on 3DExperience website it can deny you access based on your student verification status, you can get back to it later after 1-2 days to check if you have been verified 2) It can happen when you click on the CST SUITE 2022 download link, the reason why it can happen is because your system configuration might not be supported. When you go to the installation guide and then to the software requirement it says, the software is supported only on windows 10 or higher, windows server 2016 and windows server 2019. So if you are trying to install on an ubuntu or linux os, the link won't work neither will the software. if still there is any doubt, you can ask i will be happy to clear it out 👍

If the blank page is on the browser then you can try opening the same while in incognito mode as sometimes certain links maybe blocked by the country or the internet service provider, try using some other wifi if you can or you can directly ask a cyber cafe(where they do computer related stuff like software installation and hardware fix) near your home to download the software on a Pendrive for you, they will be able to get it done. As long as you are a verified student, after every year it will ask you to verify your student status again, so as long as you verify as a student it will be active👍
