You can choose which graphics card to launch the program by this way. Right click on the desktop > display settings > graphics> from here add your program and chosse options. Then choose custom graphics card and from here rx5600 graphics card

From gpu z you have to choose the right GPU. Sometimes it selects Radeon gpu. You can get the bios of that.
