Yes it will delete your siren if you install the the Resident.rpf file but not the weapons_player but it doesnt add the echo and the reverb of the gun sounds if you dont have the resident.rpf which sucks

Every gunshot will be realistic. You, other players, NPC’ s, etc.

@@nr6851 Server-sided = the server is hosting it and it can only be used on their server. Custom vehicles as an example. Client-sided = You have it installed on your client and only you will be able to see/hear the resource. These gun sounds as an example.

the RPF file can be opened with certain tools, they have individual files inside that can be replace independently, they should not conflict provided they don't change the same files.
