@@enzo1337ro Real, after modding and adding the cios done, We finally played the wii and we are having so much fun and then the sd card suddenly corrupted 😭 I don't know the exact reason, my guess is that maybe i inserted hard or the card is just not good. But Luckly i able the retrieve the file and transfer it to a usbfew days later somehow i can't plat the games that worked before!!! so im doing this process again maybe it will work this time :' D

@@ronnamey7006 no, trust it's the lock on the card. The way it reads and writes information is affected in some ways, but not all ways. I'm not 100% sure since I'm not an expert with hardware.

These bastards put a clever mechanism inside the SD slot on later revisions or special editions of the Wii when you unlock it and insert it it’s relocking by sliding into the Wii. That’s why it dosen’t show up and looks like it dosen’t work. You have to get a usb sd card reader and plug it into the back to circumvent it. I own two different wiis and can confirm one of them does it while the other dosen’t.

@@Waterypeanutbutter i did it with d2x i was using the Same Setups Like in the Video For the first 16 trys i got an Error Message and i was trying it to fix it by reinstalling it and unpacking it in my Apps folder and after 17 trys it hast finally works

I have done this, but unfortunately, none of my games load. My games are labeled correctly and the wii recognizes them. I am able to download cover art, etc, but when I go to start the game, there is no preview in the window. When I click start, the screen goes black and then I am returned to the homebrew channel menu. I have tried to "Force NTSC" and have swapped the ISO/game loader to 249,250, 251, but have had no success. I tried using multiple usbs as well. Any idea as to what this issue may be?

Your card is being locked everytime you push it into the console. Because of the locking mechanism you have to get a usb to sd card converter and plug it into the back.

@@zayakabatmunkh3135 This might seem crazy but what I had to do is fully reset all my data on my wii and retry from the start of the video. Luckily for me it worked and now I have a fully modded wii. Im sure there are other ways you can fix the problem so you don't have to try what I did if you don't want to.

There are a few that only have the selection up to d2x-v6 should be so, There is a lock switch on the left side of the SD card. Slide the lock switch upwards to the unlock position. IMPORTANT: Adding, changing or removing content on the card is not possible when the card is locked.

It’s because of the sliding mechanism on sd card adapters. It catches onto the mechanism inside the slot and slides back down to locked once you plug it in.

Small but annoying problem I'm having: my Wiimote disconnects when opening the d2x cios from the hbc, then won't reconnect when I'm in that menu. I've tried 2 motion plus controllers and 1 original controller. They are all official brand. Tried syncing the remotes again with the red button on the wii, to no avail. Remotes work everywhere else, USB Loader, main menu, just not d2x cios. I'd appreciate any tips, thanks!
