I know everybody's buying the baggers but what about a nice seat for long rides for my 2002 Harley Davidson Night Train that will keep me in place when I crack back on the throttle

Where can I find the bolts that sit on the fender?

My back to bracket and seat attachment just don't line up no matter how much pressure I put down on it I can't get bolt to grab hold
