When i try to install the driver on windows 10 it keeps saying a problem was encountered while attempting to add driver to the store, any help? The converter does was somewhat with windows universal com/port driver

Win10 & later installs drivers automatically within 5.40v & newer versions of maintenance software install. It's eazyfied

Yea since trane bought out mitsubishi trane seems kinda lost with new mitsubishi maintenance tool, I wish this guy can show me that with windows 10 step by step because windows 10 isn't accepting the driver provided, my friends old legacy converter with the old version program seems to work without issues, I'm forced to work with windows universal com3 drivers for the new converter & I havr issues getting into operstions for CS in the program everthing else seems to work, have video to prove it that on the same hyperheat condenser i was first able to get into operations of CS than half hour later I wasn't, all that trane/mitsubishi guy said "oohhhh it should work" maybe you can still warranty the converter & retry. I'm beginning to loose faith in mitsubishi since trane bought it out I can guarantee the quality of equipment will be the same way

Trane did NOT buy out Mitsubishi nor dit Mitsubishi buy out Trane, they formed a joint venture so as to have the Trane logo along side the Mitsubishi on the equipment and it has been a great pairing for both businesses.

@@timconnell4186 Might be a great pairing for their sales but that didn't flow over to their respective tech support. Carrier tech & sales support is by far the worst but Trane & Mitsubishi is catching up.
