I just had to let you know that I think your clutch pulling set up is better than a puller that you buy because it doesn't tear up the end of the crankshaft like a OEM or aftermarket puller would.

I have a 2004 Polaris 500. The mechanic put a clutch on it and now it feels heavier. It lacks power. That guy has disappointed me. Where can I get that kit?

Check out Epi website and find the right part number to fit your atv. They have different kits depending on tire size and type of riding. Once you have the part number you can Google search that number to find places selling that kit. I bought mine on Amazon. Just make sure to find the right kit for your machine first.

Turned out excellent, Atv turns the tires over no problem in the mud now. Might have lost a little top end but not too much. I posted a video testing it out on my channel.

What size/length of thread stock are you using for the secondary clutch press? I gotta do this to my 250 but have to buy the nuts washers and stock before I'll be able to tear the clutch apart and won't have access to a hardware store once I'm there to do the job.

I believe i mention it in the video what size /length, thread it is. Otherwise you can order a clutch puller from Amazon for pretty cheap

Hola, umm, supongo que tal vez el embrague no está completamente acoplado o la correa se está deslizando. Con este kit de embrague instalado, las rpm de acoplamiento inicial son más altas que las originales, pero no demasiado altas. No estoy seguro de si eso ayuda o no, pero esa es mi mejor suposición en cuanto a su problema.

Hi, Im not positive but it should be really similar I would imagine yes. Most clutches operate the same way so i would think it would be about the same thing.
