If I ever decided to change hitches, this would be the direction I would go. I’ve actually been working on a 30k mile review on my Andersen and mention that I’d look at this as an option. It’s the best thing that I’ve found and there isn’t any base in the bed. The biggest problem for anyone changing a type of hitch is the fact that you never know your clearances until after the hitch is purchased, installed, and tested.

Same observation i have Gimpy. Since there are no height adjustment available on the hitch, how do you know if it's gonna be high enough to clear the side bed rails? What if it's too high?

@@AnthonyChavez-x4q yeah it’s hard to judge about the best thing you can do is find a similar truck/ bed review but you still wouldn’t really know clearances until you saw a similar truck/ bed length/ and camper

@@AnthonyChavez-x4qlooks like there is another set of holes not used on the fifth wheel interface. That would allow at least one adjustment.
