How to install EXHAUST SILENCER on your car

You'll need a proper headphones to hear the real sound difference. Without silencer the exhaust notes are more bassy and hollow feel. With the silencer it sounds higher pitch and loses the bassy notes. What do you like best ?

Even with this silencer , I'm still able to pop the exhaust. But instead of a popcorn pop, it gave a firecracker pop sound. Still, kinda cool.

Wait so do you have to drill a hole? For the bolts?

The hole is part of the original design of this exhaust system. The silencer is part of the entire kit. I've not been running with the silencer since and decided to install the silencer to try it out. The sound you hear may not be making much differences from this video because of the limitation of the camera. But definitely making a sound level difference while you're beside the car.

Why would you call that a silencer when it clearly doesn't make the sound quieter? It only makes it higher pitched, which may affect resonance a little.

No idea what's the design meant to serve but it'll be illegal without it. Anyway I enjoy vehicles with loud pipes so whether it's not helping to reduce the volume, I'm really OK with it 😜. TBH it does reduce the volume substantially when you're in the car. It's less annoying and you can definitely know it's there.

I did this on my exhaust and now I can’t take the silencer out 💀 can someone help is there any tricks to take it out, it’s too snug and feels stuck

Same thing happens to me. I end up spraying WD40 to kinda ease it

Mine just flys out when I start my car up, should I just use a super glue used for metal and glue it inside the exhaust pipe, bc I don’t think I’ll ever take it out because my car is loud. (Fbo r18 straight pipe with high flow,3 inch tip.)

Super glue is a bad idea. How about jamming a screw to hold it in ?

No. This silencer is part of the exhaust system and the hole is part of the design to allow you to remove or install the silencer.

Yes it can pop even when installed with silencer too.

In netherland is this sound to much if the police hear this sound than you have a big problem 400 euro:)

I see your frustration 🤣. The hole is already on the exhaust. I didn't have to drill it. It's Titanium though.
