How to install Fire alarm addressesable strobe | Simplex system

why are you wearing those gloves? are they anti static gloves or something? I'm asking cause we had a guy install over 50 Speaker Strobes and 10 of them the Strobe doesn't work. Yes it has power and the addressable panels says everything is normal condition.

I have the same problem. I entered a new building and about 15 strobe lights don't work or emit less light than the horn
