Is it possible to use adb sideload to REINSTALL existing firmware on Asus Zenfone 10? The only official SOP to use the provided firmware file on Asus site is to perform an update, but I would like to perform a fresh install, I think I have a corrupt firmware as I can't read external drives and random battery drain, I've already tried factory reset, but the issue persists.

My issue is that I went into developer options and apparently went overboard on changing a value to scale UI (minimum width value). The phone crashed and is not able to fully launch the system anymore, then restarts and enters recovery mode. After some time it reboots automatically, so it's in a bootloop from what I've heard. Mi recovery 3.0 has the options "connect to Mi PC Suite", which I installed on my Laptop and connected, but only gives access to flashing. The other option is a data wipe, but I would really like to maintain my data. Basically what I need is a way to change the value back or at least backup my data. I am able to enter Fastboot, but don't know how to use it. My phone is a Xiaomi POCO F1 running MIUI 12 / Android 10 without any root or modification neither a unlocked bootloader. how to recover my data

you deleted and crashed bootloader? first step, buy a pc if you dont have, grab your pc, download bootloader, put the bootloader on the phone by the pc (idk how)

@@paolopedoni1672 Yup , just enabled USB debugging via developer options which can be enabled by clicking on your build no. 7 times. If still not getting there , use Samsung 300K tool which will force your device to download mode(just make sure the device is on) & then apply updates using Odin instead.
