The title says 11-19 but I have a 2016 Explorer XLT and the clips for the blades are TOTALLY different. They have two pieces you squeeze and slide the blade off the arm.

He used a screwdriver to pry the old blade loose, and forced the new blade into position, instead of pinching those 2 side tabs together

Just did my 2017 and using the screwdriver gently to pry, it broke the old ones. seems sqeezing the tabs would be better. Installing new ones was put the rear tabs of the new one in position then push in the little single tab on the other end carefully till it pops in.

I just replaced the wipers for the first time on our 2016 Explorer. What I had to do to get the new wipers to lock into place was to start from the rear of the mounting. I put the two rear locking tabs into their respective slots on the wiper arm and then rotated the wiper blade until the front locking tab locked into place. Trying to do it with the front locking tab first just wasn't going to work.
