@@djtiamme make sure you have a mods folder, copy update & x64 folder to your mods folder, go to openiv, make sure you have the asi managers installed, then repeat process

Bro for me dispatch doesn't recognise me.. when i try to talk with dispatch the officer will take his microphone to talk.. but he doesn't do anything the officer is standing like a stone.. pls help me to fix
