Memphis Shades really is phenomenal at the customer service game. I bought a batwing fairing off them for my old honda many years ago when they DIDN'T MAKE ONE FOR MY HONDA lol. The guy on the phone just worked with me, he told me, take this measurement, take that measurement, etc. until he figured out, "oh this one for the wide glide will fit your Honda" and I ordered it, it fit perfect, and it's been on that bike every "winter" (in quotes cause California, what is this winter you speak of? lol) for like 10 years now. It is awesome and the company is fantastic for sure.

I just rode from WA to AZ & back! The first thing I did upon my return was order some memphis shades handguards w/cutouts. Revzilla shipped free and had them in 2 days! My hands just about got frostbite in a few mountain passes at night with freezing rain, when it was sunny everywhere else! Even with 5 sets of quality gloves for cold rainy conditions, eventually the freeze gets thru and you can't stop out in the dark mountain boondocks because there's nothing open for 30-50 miles! Really sucked! Hoping these guards keep the wind off and make the difference between satisfaction or suffering!

I was out last weekend on a quest for some Turtle Wax Chrome Polish & Rust Remover and stopped at a truck stop, out away from everyone was a Harley that had those hand guards. He had switchback LED’s, so they were running light until the turn signal. They looked great. I’m a fan of hand guards on my bike from November to May 😊, but mine are not cool like the Memphis Shades. I highly suggest heated grips. Love my heated grips and handguards when it’s cold.

I don’t have them on my bike and, I don’t have heated grips. Mostly because once they salt the roads I refuse to ride. I do however have hand guards and heated grips on my snowmobile. Yes the hand guards work. They block just enough wind that would normally hit the backs of your hands, especially the fingers. I like my grips on my Road King as well. However if I do go to a heated grip for the bike I will use the Harley grips. After a boat load of research they actually are the best on the market. I’m sure you are digging out from the big snow last night. Lol. I bet that a snowmobile is in your thoughts right now. 😂😂😂

That’s the nice thing about having a batwing 😬. I love that you can work on your own bike! Women have a finesse most men don’t. Keep up the good work!! 🥓✌🏼

"they need to make heated tools" they do girl its called in floor radiant heating lol. you could get a small propane wall mounted heater and run it off a small BBq 20 lbs bottle, but you may want to finish insulating first....you don't have to ...but it would help 😁. how long have you lived in NY again? lol. a wall heater would work though . not sure of your garage size but after you figure that out then look at what square foot a heater will heat your size garage then i would go one size up if you can cause you are so far north , and get one of those bigger bottles if you don't have propane already . you can get them in bigger "man" portable sizes . my dad has a 75 lbs one i think it is. i'm sure its at least as tall as you lol. good vid. i am getting antsy for the sportster build but i know the holidays are getting closer too.
