What's holding the 2 post inside the headrest ? Is it a straight bar ?

@benmoore3000 the oem material wont make a difference, you should be abl to rock out just like this.

Toi Khong Biet , you can do the monitor in the headrest still and just put a dvd player elswhere in the car, or you could order pre made headrests.
