Hi sir , 8:33 time stamp i am not able to see stop and start in my window, and when i click on my Informatica cloud secure agent when i go to Log On tab it is disabled for me to add admin password. please help sir

hi! someone could help me? I have been having the same problem for a week now. When I install the secure agent the first time it works, but then when I change the permissions to administrator and put my windows password, it does not start again, it stops all the time. (Microsoft Windows 11 Pro)

1. Ensure that the directory where the Secure Agent is installed has the correct permissions. The user running the Secure Agent should have full control. 2. As a temporary measure, you can try running the service using the Local System account to see if it starts correctly. If nothing works, Uninstall the Secure Agent completely and reinstall it. During the installation, right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator".

For me in the runtime environment it keeps showing status as "starting up". Even after waiting for more than an hour only the Mass Ingestion is up and running. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Did you try clicking on refresh button and also try reloading the page. Also, how did you start the Secure Agent ? Run it as Administrator and check in the services the status of the service 'Informatica Cloud Secure Agent'. It should be running.

@@TechStack9 Yes. Tried all these multiple times. Still no luck. Secure agent tool is starting and running. But the services keeps saying "starting up". And secure agent shows "All services are not ready"

Does the secure agent not work on WIndows 11 ? I am trying but not able to start the secure agent in Services?

It works with a workaround. Here's what you need to follow: 1) Open cmd in the folder where secure agent installer is present. 2) Run -> SET JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS="-Dos.name=Windows 10” 3) Run the installer from cmd. In step 2, if Windows 10 doesn't work try with Windows 7.

​This issue is noticed if the secure agent services are started with a specific account and login credentials are incorrect. To resolve the issue, ​ensure that the username and password provided under Log On tab are correct, and then restart the Secure Agent service.

Error 1069: This service did not start due to a logon failure..... I faced this error when I am installing secured agent on Windows 11.. cloud please let me know sir how can I fixed this issue..

This issue usually occurs when the user account credentials for the service are incorrect. Double check it. If you are unsure, I suggest you to change the password and update the same for the secure agent in services, restart the secure agent and try.
