Very good video. I was on the same concept but still doing my research adding the capacitor and resistor was a great touch. I have seen a another sensor but there not much information out there,,,, Still researching to find out the most stable transmitter receiver for about 10+ meters up to 50 feet also seen one transmitter /receiver worked with a reflector just trying to find something stable Again great video,,, this really helps

Probably to bi-pass the on-board voltage regulator.

Excellent video……. which would definitely suit my problem. Having bought all of the components, my only problem now is the cordless door bell push, which only a has 3V button battery, where as yours was a 12V! In your view will my bell push work on this system? Do you have a contact number or email address to discuss further!
