How to install Jane's Longbow 2 on Windows 10 or Windows 11

I installed longbow 2 and it runs. The problem is I can’t get into the co-pilot Gunners seat by pressing the corresponding key: 0(ins) key on numpad. Any help would be appreciated

How could you not know about the patches for this?Any veteran of janes sims knows that the 2.09 patch exists as well as other tweaks. It would help if you updated your video to incude installing the patch to help the noobs out there.

One further question: why don't you install the patches? 🤔 Would it break the installation?

I have no problem installing it. It installs and runs fine (well, almost) even using a glide wrapper. The problem is that after a mission, it goes to a black screen and doesn't do anything.😢

@@thejetfighter There used to be a whole community about getting LB2 running on modern systems, so there's definitely no simple way. I, myself, made a 'fix' for it that worked into the Windows 10 era for most people. I also have a website with multiple methods of installation and running, although I haven't updated it in years. Do a Google search for "Flyboy's Longbow 2 Site". There's also posts I made or participated in at the SimHQ Forums.
