It’s not impossible but just more complicated. You either have to change the region of your account or create a separate Apple ID with a Japanese address to access the Japanese App Store. Click on the bonus energy on the top right and you’ll now see a “bonus energy settings” which will let you adjust how much you want to use per round.

This isn't really jumping through hoops though. The installation process is super quick and simple for both QooApp, as well as the games itself.

I am not super sure if I'm honest, I am not as familiar with Android. This Samsung tablet I just got last month is the first Android device I've had in over a decade. Hopefully someone else reading the comments will be able to help.

some games like deresute have an option to play in lower quality in case your phone can't handle all the nice 3d effects. i think the main limitation is your android version and how much storage space you have. I think many games require at least android 10, if not 11 or above. as for storage. i'm using an iPhone, but Bang Dream takes 3.3 gb, deresute takes 5.2gb, million stars take 7.2 gb, link like love live takes 10gb and princess connect takes 13.6gb. i don't play project isekai, but i wouldn't be surprised if it takes over 10gb of storage space.
