Yes, that needs to installed separately. Also it needs to be either JDK 17 or JDK 21 for the latest versions of Jenkins.

I tried to install Jenkins by following your video. I was successful till Installing Jenkins 2.414.3 - Status - Starting Service (1). Then I get an error " Service Jenkins has failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start the systems services. Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies >User Rights Assignment. Added Admin. Goto --> Control panel --> Uninstall program -->Uninstall the java version 22 and you can reinstall the java 21.
