Thanks for the video… Is the percussive guitar music played using the LR Baggs Anthem? Wanting a percussive pickup and the Anthem seems one of the best but not sure how well it does for percussion.

Have you ever installed one in a Taylor with the ES system? The battery in the Taylor is integrated with the endpin box. Removing that leaves a large hole.

How will you change the battery?

You need to take off or at least loosen the strings so they are clearing more or less the whole soundhole. But the preamp has a battery charge indicator so you don't have to take any chances and know in advance if you are going to make it through the gig.

Looks like you’ve done this a few times. Intonation can be slightly changed if not enough bridge material is removed for the space now taken up by the transducer ribbon. Good job. Also-why was that space chosen for the strap pin? Is that where you usually do your Laravies ? Or is it a customer request? I can say i have never seen that location used-but i liked that you did a reinforcement block /glued. Great video. Am considering an Anthem for my Breedlove Concert that i purchased with no electrics at all.

@@aneyesky I agree. That was the one thing that hit me: strap pin location. Larrivee will put them on the neck heel (Lowden as well) which is my preference. Must have been a customer request .... a customer that is used to playing electrics (?)
