I have 100 W transformer with six low-voltage LED lights that have been working since installed six months ago. One of the lights in the middle is blinking slowly on off no other lights in the String are on. What should I look at first that could be the rude issue?

I need to replace my transformer. I need to connect four or five wires to it. The transformer has COM, 12V, 13V, 14V, and 15V. Does it matter which wire you connect to the spaces provided?
