How to Install LaTeX & TexStudio in Mac OS?

Sir we can install either of MiKTex Or Texstudio Or we need both..? N what for reference ? I heard jabref is good, we need to install it Or there is some inbuilt functions in Texstudio too?

Sir I had the old virgin of TeXstudio but the what it shows "Could not start the command: pdflatex" !!! when compile the file! any suggestions?
