Will this work for your reartail tidy kit for this bike? I remember your install video for the tail light saying you need to purchase the relay so your blinkers aren’t blinking too fast
@TSTindustries4 жыл бұрын
I think you are talking about the DRZ400. Yes, this fixes the flash rate of the integrated tail light and front signals.
@LizardMane5 жыл бұрын
Does this also effect the rear turn signals? Or is there a separate one?
@TSTindustries5 жыл бұрын
One relay controls all signaling equipment on the bike. All you will need is one.

Should I install this if I get your integrated taillight or would it not be needed?
@TSTindustries7 жыл бұрын
Winger we recommend installing this part if you've changed any of your oe signals to LED type and want your flash rate to remain at the 85 cycles per min. frequency. If you don't mind the faster flashing then don't replace the relay. If you want to slow down the flash rate without purchasing a relay then install the resistors that we include with the tail light at no charge. You have a few options here. Just go with the one that best suits your needs.

Hey i have a question I have a suzuki drz 400 sm and i bought aftermaker LEDs but wen i bought the bike it didnt have any turning signals do u think is bcuz i need this relay it seems like it dnt wana turn on all the way like it dnt have power enough so do i need this in partuculer or i need and adapter and thank u sir i appreciate

I can't answer that with full certainty and I wouldn't want to steer you in the direction of buying something that will not work for you. I think the best course of action is to get into the bike's wiring and see if the connections are made properly. I have seen so many butchered wiring jobs that cause this type of problem. Another tip is to get under the headlight shroud and see if there is even a relay ther. It is possible that whoever worked on this bike removed the relay without replacing it...or didn't plug it in all the way.

Will this work with a blend of front and rear LED signals? I’m planning on buying your fender eliminator kit with for the DRZ400 and installing ZETA front hand-guards with the integrated signals. I’m assuming the relay affects all signals thus meaning they would flash at the same rate?
@TSTindustries3 жыл бұрын
Yes, you only need one relay for the entire signal circuit on your bike so this should work with no issues.

Where can i get signal light mounts like the one in this video?
@TSTindustries9 жыл бұрын
Ace Tuggsock The mounts on this bike are stock signal mounts for Suzuki DRZ-400. Any Suzuki dealer can get them for you.

Hi - i have a mixture of LED front and normal back indicators which are double time flashing - will a new relay sort the issue? Ta
@TSTindustries4 жыл бұрын
Yes. If your problem started when you connected your LED signals then our relay will be your solution.

Will this relay work for a 2007 DRZ400E? notice the video only says S/SM.
@TSTindustries4 жыл бұрын
When looking at the parts diagrams for the E model it looks as though that bike is not made with signal lights. Therefore the factory did not equip this bike with a signaling system and tjere is no place to plug in the relay you are asking about

Will this flasher relay work for both front and back turn signals?
@TSTindustries5 жыл бұрын
Yes, the one single relay controls all the signals on the bike; left, right, front, rear.

I'm going to buy a relay, do you know where it's located on a Suzuki VS1400 Intruder? Thanks in advance, Stan
@TSTindustries9 жыл бұрын
+Stan Wilhite Not entirely sure on that bike. Suzuki microfiche is not very detailed for this component. What I can see from my information is that you probably don't want the 7 pin relay from this video. I believe that our Gen2-F relay would be best suited for your application. Your motorcycle is pretty naked so it will not be difficult to find the relay. Please find it before you make an order. We will need to see a part number and a photo to verify we are sending you the correct replacement part. You can contact us through the support tab on our site and someone will assist you with getting the correct part.

Will this work on a Suzuki DR650?
@TSTindustries4 жыл бұрын
I can't tell you for sure right now but if you give me a couple days I will be able to. We are scheduled to have one of those bikes in the shop here in the next few days. What exact year and model do you have? I think the 650 came in SE and SEL models for different years.
@TSTindustries4 жыл бұрын
We have a 2016 model here right now and the relay that we are using on it is RLYG2, which can be found here: tstindustries.com/tst-led-flasher-relay-gen2.html

Is the turn signal indicator lamp still working on the dash? No need for a diode?
@TSTindustries7 жыл бұрын
On this particular bike the installation was plug and play and there was no need for any diodes. The dash indicator remained working
