Ok, got it all working, only problem is that on mine, the halos don't turn yellow when turning the signal on, they only go yellow/blink if I turn the lights off. Like it doesn't switchback.. I don't really care but I just wanna make sure whats up

Do you know if there's a way to plug the drl cable if the car didn't come with DRLs? Mine is a 90 USDM and didn't come with DRLs.

Mine are orange for DRL’S I was expecting white is there a way to fix that?

You might have the wires for the turn signal and DRL backward, try to switch the wires

Is there a way to make only the one headlight on the active turn signal side flash? I don't want them to both flash when I activate the turn signal

It should do that. Both flashes only when you turn the hazard switch on.
