I’m glad you could use some of the stuff in the video. I don’t have fog lights on mine. But I thought it was rather hard installing them. Glad you could get them done. Sounds like you had an easier time than me. But glad you got them done.

It may be easier to remove/install the wiring from the bulb if it is mounted. Some bulbs are not polarity sensitive. It's time consuming shopping all the options... There are some that are brighter than others, also!

No, it did not throw any codes at all. It works as normal headlights. With no issues. I also put some LED headlights on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. What happened there was when I went to hit the highbeams which worked but my highbeam indicator light on my dashboard did not work. I replace the LEDs with the OEM bulbs and the highbeam indicator on the dashboard worked. So I did not use the LED headlights in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma.

Hello appreciate your effort making this video. One question I had how did you get that dust cover back after it fell off inside the engine bay. Mine fell off but couldn't find a way to get it back.

Mine fell off, and apparently landed in a place where I could easily fetch it. Sounds like yours fell off and landed in a place that you might not be able to recover it. You know what they say, “where there is a will there is a way” sorry I could not be of more help.

Do you need to buy a separate bulb for high beams and one for low beam?

When you buy them, they came in a set of 4. 2 for high beams and two for low beams. Yes, so they do have to have separate bulbs for high beams and low beams.

Now that I’m thinking more about it, I’m not real sure. I just got four bulbs. I can’t remember if one was dedicated to highbeam and one was dedicated to low beam. so I guess my answer would be I don’t know.

Same bulb fits both the high and low beam H11.

I understand the 2019 has a slightly different high beam bulb than the h11 but obviously the h11 will work if you connected them.

You can get the bulbs without the line. Works better for high beam to replace the cover.
