Nothing about the outside part of it. The part that I needed. Does the outside lock work as a button to push to open the gate? If not, you can't open this product from the outside. On a 2 metre tall gate! It has a LokkLatch and the outside part has what looks like a button with a keyhole in the end. No matter which way I turn the key, the 'button' doesn't push in. No ability to open the gate from the outside, even when unlocked on the inside.
