It’s because you have to do “FN+F4” because alt f4 closes your game

Just to have it up here ctrl+f4 opens up the rampage menu no problem at all. Just pressing F4 will close out your game.

thank you this rlly helped me and to rdr2 I been having a lot of bugs that I don't even want to list them out so if you're advice is to uninstall the game and get a fresh copy. Will I still have stuff like LML script hook munitons etc?

I followed exactly as you did, even had to redo it again thinking I messed up. I had the infinite loading screen which I fixed but Rampage doesn't seem to show up at all. I tried doing the key combos that people said in the comments but still nothing am I still doing something wrong? all the mods are installed and everything nvm apparently my second folder of gta was breaking it I guess I didnt set it up properly
