just a tip verifying your files actually can remove the mods as the game will update those files back to the normal as they dont match with the last version of it

just an update, and a observation there is more than two types of mods, the ones that overwrite the original files, and the ones that have similar name but they just add up, they don't rewrite anything they are extra, there maybe more ways like injection mods like reshade, but i m yet to know the effects of such any mod that overwrite or rewrite the original files will be erased every update of the game, and verify the files will remove them permanently, AND a WARNING they can trigger the anti cheat, its a rare occasion but it happens, depending on what the mod do. In that case the anti cheat will close your game didn't see any ban but can happen, and there is a high possibility that your account will be flagged by the devs just a nice way to say they will keep the eye on you for that the ones that add extra files that dont mess up with any of the original files they are fine they will stay after updates and verifications

@@tannerhathcock447 simple if you see "patch" at the end that one is a mod that adds files to the games folders, generally those dont trigger anti cheat measures aka it dont crash your game yet i would recommend that you actually read what the mod does, depending on what it changes the anti cheat can get a bit messy and trigger anyways, had that happening to me with Sound mods

@@RJcreations3D yes, all mods are client side meaning only the person who installed the mods can see them. Your friends would need to also download the mods.
