How to install mods on DDLC

Some people this doesn't work and other say it still does. I've tested it on an other pc and it works, but it could depend on the mod.

@@Aszuras you need to save when you write your first poem then choose words that sayori likes do this until you confess to sayori say you love her but dont go pass that scene. Then repeat this again for yuri but this time choose word yuri likes but don't go pass the confession scene with sayori then do it again with natsuki but this time when you finish the 3rd poem you can play the game normally and delete monika then youll get the true ending if you don't understand just watch this m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/iX3Sc3VqZ9GgjKs

I've followed all the directions but its not working. I downloaded the Just Yuri mod and when I open the game, its basically untouched. Its still ddlc. I tried again and again and it doesn't work. Please help me!

so i just down loaded the mod, and installed it without a hitch. so i see only 3 possibility's: 1. you installed the mod files in the wrong spot (I think you would have noticed that on your second try)(its the same. Just copy the audio, fonts, images and scripts) 2. the version of the mod you download doesn't work (it is possible) 3. your game already a mod or some kind of script change (in which case re-download the game or copy a untouched version of the game) I hope this helps

ah its fine. one time i went back and fourth for a solid hour with someone, it turned out they copied it backwards (base game files to mod instead of mod files to game). From now on i ask people to check there work lol. i shouldn't be too hard on people though. I learned all this through trial and error...mostly error.

theonlyone2014 Try making a copy of the Just Yuri files, then delete the Just Yuri files that are in the ddlc game directory. Then paste the copies of the files there and run the game. Remember, it has to be a fresh install of ddlc (meaning you haven't played it at all, and if you have, you can just delete the first run). Good luck and I hope it helped!

Any way you can do this on the switch? Probably not but I don’t have a pc and my switch is the only way I can play ddlc. I found out how to unlock a internet browser on my switch so I could find the mods online but I don’t know what I would have to do to download them and add them to my game.
