Facing the same problem bro. Actually the reason is when you install new windows, device id changes and office cannot be recovered with your account. If you find the solution please reply me on this comment.

Hey, I want to tell you that the preinstalled version also has a product key of office 2019 which can be seen in the subscription page of account which was used to activate it. If the shop from which you purchased this laptop activated the office, then they have used their email id which you can get by contacting them. That is the only way. I was given an email id by the shop owner and when I logged into microsoft website using that id I found my office preinstalled key there only. However, if you are unable to do anything I will suggest you to buy office 2019 at discounted price online. I purchased it from premiumcdkeys website at around Rs 1300. However later I recovered my pre-installed key also so I have 2 keys.

Namaskar. Maine haal hi mai ms office 2019 install kia hai. Is version mai mujhe thodi dikkat aa rahi hai ms word mai. Jab bhi koi text box banakar move karna hota hai uspar click hota hi nhi, phir home button mai ja kar select object button par click karna parta hai tab jakar woh hilta hai. Iske saath hi agar humne do teen aur text box bana liye to unhe move aur set karna bada mushkil ho jata hai. Koi text box kahin bhagta haivto koi kain square select karne ke baad bhi. Ms word ke purane versions mai mujhe itni koi dikkt nhi aai. Aisa kyu ho raha hai. Koi samadhan?
