If non of the suggestion work, and you own a hard copy (disc) of the game delete the game and redownload it. It definitely works but you might want to set your ps on rest mode because you'll be waiting for a while.

@@5blu yep, just deleted the game itself, and then it should redownload with the missing files. But leave the save game data alone, because that file you want to keep.

What's probably going on with this bug. people are downloading the warzone pack first on the store. But if you download the original version of Modern warfare, you are able to download the multiplayer pack. There are TWO versions of Modern warfare. The free version for warzone and the paid version for multiplayer

Do the exact same for Xbox One, it worked for me. You can’t install the packs from the Modern Warfare game, but you can from the Xbox OS

For ps4 users delete the packs then delete the game you may say it takes long to download its worth it then reinstall the game let the update download then download the multiplayer pack 2 first then the multiplayer/special ops compatibility pack then the multiplayer/special ops compatibility pack 2 that's how I got mine to work hope this help anyone who need this

If your on Xbox. Don't go to manage game and add ONS from the warzone square . Put the modern warfare disc in your drive. And click on the modern warfare square. And it says manage add ONS. All 4 packs I needed were there.

Guys i found how to fix it i found it only for xbox players pls read this and creator put this in your next video so let's begin first yiu need to go to the game and click multiplayer then spam for 1 minute then go to my games apps click the menu of modern warfare click to see the game and the adds ons how it's called then find the Data Pack 3 then install and boom

I get dev error when starting the game. The it shows installation suspended for multiplayer. And then when I cluck R3 for game installs it just shows "There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale" Then I press okay and a notice comes up saying "the store is currently unavailable" I bought the modern warfare disc copy. So your video unfortunately doesn't help me at all. Reinstalled the game 3 times. Rebooting my ps5. Restored licenses. Made sure the game is up to date and the ps5 software is up to date. Went to manage game content and it just shows multiplayer pack as installed. No option to delete and no other packs are shown at all

Activision does such a piss-poor job of ensuring their games work. Every Modern Warfare game has like 25 packs, and takes multiple tries to install correctly even when brand new. I have like 2 hours every 3 months to play this game, and the last 5 times I've tried I can never get it work. :(
