I was having exactly the same situation, replacing the front is so easy and I thought that the small back door is going to be the same but the grill wasn’t coming off, so I turned to KZbin to find advice and I am glad you did this video. Great video. Very informative. I installed 4 new speakers in about 45 min. Because of the extra wire length, do to the wiring harness, I was worried about wires getting caught by the window operation. I zip tied them up to prevent them from getting caught in the window operation. Thanks again Cheryl
