This works great...Installed everything like you said in the video. Something I don't understand though. Whenever I push the PgUp button on my keyboard I'm standing inside a car when I drive it, or when I'm on foot I see through myself. Also a fast red car shows up and all the passengers start shooting at me, and even when I respawn at the hospital everybody shoots me again...I can't even shoot back and I'm already killed. It isn't in the standard game, so what use is it in this mod ?

Thats the simple trainer keybind - open f3 - options - go to second menu i believe - disable keybind - save to ini file.
