One issue that some modders fail to take into account, for example: sounds recorded improperly (having far too much echo/reverb attached to them), sound very unnatural in an outside environment where air molecules aren’t as free to bounce and transfer sound energy as the room they recorded in. It’s a nit, but anything that can break immersion should be considered and addressed.

I guess they are not sound engineers ! It’s a real job and I a can tell you that because I am one. But I agree with you and I will add something. For our brain, when we watch movies, play video games etc.. the sound is way more important than the sound, like for example if you watch a movie on a streaming website and the image is not good but the sound is great, you will get through it, but if the sound is bad, even with an 8k image you would to stop watching the movie. And unfortunately a lot of people don’t know that ! (Thinking about KZbinrs for example) Have a nice day ! Sorry for my English tho I’m French 😅

I like the fact that the GTA universe has its own brands of vehicles (and products in general) that are already known to any GTA player. I think it is one of the few or even the only franchise that has its own such iconic brands as: Vapid, Declasse, Übermacht, Pegassi, eCola, iFruit, etc.

I personally am a fan of lore friendly vehicles. Also the GTA4 handling is great on some cars but a sports car with boat like suspension feels wrong to me! The grass and forest mods are nice, I always thought the world was missing denser forest areas. The sound mods are enjoyable, especially the weapon sound mod. It reminds me of movies like Heat or Collateral. I can recommend vanillaworks for more lore friendly vehicles. Good video man

To answer, basicly that was an ai which took video and transferred it through the algorithm to make the game look as if it were in that place. it isnt directly a graphics mod instead it enhance video as its pretty much a renderer in of its self

In terms of visuals, I'm just WOWed, big time. The sounds of guns and cars showcased are a great adiition as well are the sirens, the police varinats specifically sound too computerised, hope that mod will be updated with something similar to an actual real like LAPD like sirens. The GTA IV handling and no curb snapping are a glorious and welcomed addition to the arcady feeling of driving in this game, it also looks amazing combined with the visuals ! Now, how do I instatll these on my game ? I have the phyisical copy version.

lmao. 'updated ragdolls'. Rockstar has THE best real-time animation manager, built into the RAGE game engine. Ragdolls and all other animations are created in real-time with calculations for where the object was hit/ how forceful was the collision. Any stupid modder's work on ragdolls are not going to work nearly as well.

I think a mod that should be added is being able to customize any and I mean ANY car however you want such as wide-bodies or superchargers, rebuild the engine, straight pipes or just exhaust in general that actually makes your car louder or more quiet...basically anything you can do in real life to mod your car, would be a cool mod to add in GTA 5.
