So I initially tried opening a cmd prompt in Windows Terminal, but instead I was getting an error stating that php is not recognized. But in the traditional command prompt, it does work. Any idea why? When I cd into the specific directory that I've installed PHP, it actually does work in Windows Terminal. But not at C:/Users/user, for instance, which does work in the command prompt.
