How to Install Project M EX Remix 0.95DX on WII! (Default Loader Only)(WORKS ONLY WITH NTSC-U DISC)

So theirs been a lot of issues with the tutorial and people haven’t got it working so I’ll give out the answer to the problems that happened the most. - Default Loader redirects to regular smash : 1 . You may have the wrong sd card, you need SDHC for this mod to work 8-32 gb sd cards, micro sdhcs may be unstable 2 . You are missing files 3 . You may not have the right disc (Sorry if I didn’t specify the disc type as you need NTSC-U smash disc for this mod this also goes for rom, hence why dolphin is recommended for play due to Wii’s Region Lock 4. i booted up the mod on homebrew channel (default loader, i'm using a 16 GB; SD card) and it sends me to the original smash brawl game. wth did i do wrong?

Do you have the right files on the root of the sd card, and do you have a ntsc-u super smash bros brawl disc, not pal or anything other than ntsc-u

Hello, I just followed everything step by step and it worked the first time when I booted the game, but everytime I boot the game after that, I get the Invalid Address error screen after the stage select. Ya know when I first tried to get this I felt so sad because when I installed my homebrew and stuff on Wii U, got a copy of Brawl to mod it sucked to find out I needed a SDHC and that I couldn't use a SDXC. I wish I knew sooner ngl.

@@octo_gab no you need home brew in order to boot this mod. You can look up a tutorial on KZbin for homebrew follow all the steps carefully and you’ll be able to boot this mod (make sure yoj disc or rom is NTSC_U)

Theirs a discord in the description foe support, but I think it only works with iso, wbfs probably isn’t compatible

Everytime i tried to load it it just started vanilla brawl and now i know why it’s because of the wrong SD card I have a 64 GB SD XC instead of a 32 SD HC one. With Project+ it was so much easier

If your a moron like me do it like he did in the video. I thought i could just take the folder and drag it to my sd card. No I forgot homebrew has to recognise the "apps" folder before anything could work. So yes go into the folder and highlight then drag. Don't copy it because i had problems with that too, likely too big to just copy and paste or some bullcrap. In the end i got it to work so thank you Puerto

does anyone know how to play this online,my loader (cfg loader)has enbaled use of wiimfii,and i have enabled and saved my configuration to allow games to use it,but when i try to get online on project ex remix it says that i havent allowed for the use of it,althoutg i did it in the configuration and saved it,and when i try to get to play online it lets me enter trough the menu to a certain point until i try to play a match online,it gives me a error and softlocks my wii so i have to turn it off by maintaining the power button pressed,does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey I followed your tutorial step by step and I am having an issue where instead of booting into Pmex Remix it just redirects me back to the homebrew channel. I made sure I had the brawl disk inside the Wii and I have all the things required to do it. I did not have much time to retry fixing it but if anyone knows what I did wrong I would really appreciate it thanks :).

@@supermariopokemon6972 make sure you have your vwii modded with the homebrew channel and with a sd card 32 gb or lower you just grab the files for pmex remix and drag them to the root of your sd card, then just go into the homebrew channel and play through the default loader(you’ll need the disc) Ive tried playing this mod through the usb loader but i could not get it to work

You may be missing some files if not you have to wait a lil bit loading times are p long, it’s due to how much content is within this mod, even during selection screen you will face lag

By looking at the disc itself, bottom of the Nintendo logo read the small text if it says “FOR USE ONLY IN USA, CANADA, MEXICO AND LATIN AMERICA” you have the correct disc
