Hi, perhaps u can try to restart your PC or relaunch the game. Sometimes the game freezes if you don't restart your PC. It happened to me before. Hope it helps.

i was wondering the same thing...i cant get the overlay to come up and i put it in the fluffy mod manager like it said. it shows up under my mod list too...did you get it to work with fluffy mod manager?

Fluffy even has a download option to have it enabled right in the mod manager, but everytime i install and launch the game I get nothing but the framework box and a black screen. Sometimes i have to verify the integrity of my game files to get the game to launch at all afterwards.

Hi. It depends on your preference. If u want new outfits for Leon/Ashley, FluffyMod will be enough. Most mods require only FluffyMod. On the other hand, mods that are related to ammo/weapon/characters will require RE Framework. For example, infinite knife durability, dodge roll, fatal melee, etc. U can head over to NexusMod.com to find out more.

Since Ada the dlc was released and well, everything was fine and since an update, of the system manager 5000 and reframework... The game starts but remains in the black screen once Capcom and all the brands that have appeared... BAH nothing more, the welcome screen never appears, I waited 30 min... SO what's going on, we have to wait for an update of the mods because I had more than 16.8 GB of mods, they were all great, THE SKIN, THE WEAPONS, THE GAMEPLAY where we could do kicks at any time, cascade, used krauser or ADA or even wesker... And of course since the update nothing more... So I have to reinstall everything with the update of each mod, HOW DO WE DO?

Yup, some mods don't work anymore due to the new SW dlc release. However, in terms of the mods which use the framework (Dodge roll, fatal melee, etc) should work. I believe we can only wait for the mod authors to update their mods, there's nothing much I can do for the Fluffy Mod Manager mods not working.

He made it way harder than it is, I'll explain: 1. Download REFramework and extract the .dll file into the game's main directory. 2. Start the game. REFramework will then create a new folder in the game's directory called ''reframework''. 3. Open that new folder, it has another folder inside it called ''autorun''. 4. Place desired mod in the autorun folder. 5. Done. Start the game. This video made several extra and unnessesary steps.

You can download mods that require RE Framework. For instance, changing CQBR Assault Rifle ammo to SMG ammo, infinite knife durability, etc. I'm not too sure about the weapons. It depends on whether the mod requires RE Framework.

What the hell even is this? I get d3d error crashes. whatever made up nonsense that is. Seems to take ages to load as well when the game doesnt crash. I hear its problematic for a lot of people, I have a legit version, got it on steam. So its not a cracked or w/e thing. Yet no where can i find anything explaining why the ever loving crap baskets it causes so much crashing. restarting did absolutely nothing to help.

For a clean wipe uninstall the game. For manual. Follow all of these steps in reverse by deleting the files
