I think my RT is not working because I don’t see the wet reflection on the road like yours and I have the last version of reshade with full addon, I did everything you show on the video, one thing I notice in your settings was Global ilumination activated it and I don’t have that setting, also I notice you have others activated it as well, I don’t know if you forgot to mention that?
