U make it look so easy....would b great if it deploy automatically upon 5 ft from the ground while descending. ... what happened to the gimbal? would that b an issue? with wires?

I want to kno will this mod work with the Phantom 2 Vision Plus V3.0??? and same question as George Kyritsis does the flicking the S2 switch will cause the Home Location to change? Not buying till i kno details off this mod

Generalturbo I'd assume you're extending and retracting your gear at your home location (after taking off and before landing) so I'm not sure why that would ever be a problem.

It only read the pwm signals from the reciver. Think its an Arduino in the white plastic. Save your money. flitetest.com/articles/arduino-automated-landing-gear-based-on-altitude One guy from flight test is showing how to do this exept he uses a ultrasonic sensor to measure how close to ground you are. And the gears will pop down automatically
