It doesn't work because GTA V updated and therefore it broke Script Hook V. You will need to wait for it to update now. I will do a video on how to back up your game in the near future.

Hmm, Why doesn't my folder have mods in it?

You have to create a mods folder by creating a folder in the main directory and naming it "mods" all lowercase.
