The instructions were great, but mine leaks. When I unscrew it from the shower arm coming out of the wall no water comes out, but 2-3 times a week it leaks through the shower head, and the hose and head are always filled with water. Any suggestions?

I already installed mine a couple weeks ago but like to check out videos like this just to see if I screwed up. Anyway, looks good, both yours and mine. The only thing I didn't do was to remove the flow restricter. I found that the default was plenty enough and I am coming from a very heavily clogged with minerals head left by the previous owner of my home.

I was able to remove my old shower by just popping it off which is why I purchased a new one becuase when you move the shower head around it would just pop off. But the problem is at the end of the shower connect it is shaped like a ball so i can can't connect the pieces. Any recommendations on how i can get connected?

I tried installing the ahowerhead, but it leaked 2 places. I need to buy more teflon tape and try re-installing it again to fix leaks. I was frustrated reading the 1-page instructions. I couldn't find "how to fix leaks on the instructions" (I gave up after 2 hrs). I should have installed new shower heard on the weekend instead of after work (I had to re-install old shower head for now so I can shower and wait until teflon tape arrives). Thanks for the video.
