Hello, I plan to do the room floor with tile. Do you suggest that I install that first then sliding closet doors? What about the bottom plastic guide? Do I use a tile hole saw then masonary bit to the concret floor with a plastic anchor? thanks.

Id suggest doing the floor first so you know what your finished floor height will be plus the doors will not be in the way for your install and yes to the tile then masonry bit and maybe a tapcon screw will work to anchor it down into the concrete or mainly any type of anchor screw meant for concrete so long as it fits

I'm sure y'all found a solution by now, but the easiest thing is to adjust the top roller wheel. They are usually adjustable. This may or may not be all you need depending on how much adjustment the wheel allows
