I would like to see how to determine the size door and frame for the opening. There are different sizes and we all don’t just do new construction.

Generally if you are going to be using a slip-on drywall frame your door size is going to be 2" less your rough opening. If you are going to be using a flush style frame that doesn't wrap around your opening it will be 4" less your RO. The most common sizes of commercial doors I have seen is going to be either a 3'0"x6'8" or a 3'0"x7'0". Hope this helps
