Do you have to monitor all your customers equipment, or will it send a fault notification to our company?
@measureQuick Жыл бұрын
It will send a text or email for critical faults to both parties. For those other things it is watching you would go to the dashboard.

Saw 80% humidity on the supply sensor, and I understand why it's high on the supply side. How is it mapping high humidity concerns if it's reading from the supply which could be approaching 100% closer we are to the evaporator?

Your other video answered my question; they both sense %rh.

Thanks for No screenshots m!!!!What if my company doesn’t want to pay that qbit junk? I would pay a 1 time fee of probably 300 to buy the app or some reasonable subscription fee. I think this is going to hurt you and you will find out soon. I’m curious if you did a poll before you pulled this stunt?

Great to see! I have a SmartAC setup already, is that also an easy thing to add to MQ if you set it up already? SmartAC was super easy to setup btw. Maybe 10 minutes.

That is a thought I had not had. Let me work on that.

@@jimbergmann4210 I'm not sure how many will need it, depends how many come from SmartAC to MQ.

@@hvac2.038 regardless it is on the roadmap. We want to make it super easy. 😊

This Qbit crap is stupid Jim. I’m willing to pay for your services at my business but you need to find another way of charging us. This model is also ripe for abuse if an employee wants to burn through my balance if he’s upset at me. Seriously, figure out a subscription or something else that isn’t totally asinine
