about the aux issue: the problem is that you must to switch at first on the oem radio always to "aux" otherwise you will hear the FM Radio instead of the sound from the modul. You have to that always after starting your car. I don't found a solution to change the default on the Citröen. Additional problem, maybe you will be not able to activate the "aux" because the button is grey (means aux is not available). If no signal on the Aux (no sound is played on the module), than Citröen means that the AUX are not ready. Therefore you have to start always at the first an audio e.g Spotify on the Android Auto and after that you can change the source to AUX on the OEM Radio. For the additional problem I have a workaround (but not sexy). Connect an real device to the Citröen onboard 3.5mm AuX connector and let play a silent sound. Than is the AUX ready at the beginning. You can use an old MP3 Player with autostart (connected to 12V plug). The sound are combined hearable from the Android Auto and from the MP3 player, but it's not a problem because of the silent music file. If you have a better solution/workaround, please let us known.

Hello. Do you have any firmware updates for this unit? The unit doesn't save the internal volume setting and the music always plays to loud for my car stereo to handle. I have to manually adjust the units overall volume setting every time I come back to the car. It looks like it's saved the setting, but I manually have to adjust the volume bar before it works.

Every time I turn the car off and then start it, I hear the sound of distortion and buzzing from the speaker, so I have to press the star and go to Bluetooth and press it to stop the sound. What is the solution to this problem? Thanks

Hi, thanks for the ordered Android Auto Box for my citröen C4. It works, but I have a problem with software menu (not the OEM Menu) outside Android Auto. If I want navigate in the first menu and go to the "settings" to configure for example something in the audio setting, than I have alwaysn an "froozen" screen and than I can do nothing anymore. It's no more possible to go back to the main menu. If I disconnect the phone and switch off the power from the car than is everything again ok. Or if you wait a while (1min) than is also ok. Do you have an Idea abaout the reason? Give it maybe an update for the Box? Because of that it's very hard to setup the audio settings and so on? Are there other users with the same expirience?

I found a workaround and the reason. The display is not froozen in this situation. The problem is that the "home" button to retourn to the main menu are not working via touch. But you can navigate all via the weelbutton on the Citröen C4 Grand Piccasso steering. But of course it seems to be a bug. Therefore still the question, give it maybe a fix via a firmware update? Importand: this problem occure only on the main menu of the box. On the Android Auto view is the touch correct working. I think this is not a big deal, because you will be not very often on the main menu.

You can turn on the option to use the original car Bluetooth in the module settings, and then connect the phone to the module and the original car Bluetooth at the same time.

I've been looking for a solution for that too but unfortunately seems that there's no way to do that. From what I learned when the car system is starting it looks for the sources that are connected. Despite the AUX cable being connected it has no signal (music playing). That's why you need to first put the music playing and only the you are able to select AUX. Thats what I understood, If there's a work around please let me know

For me it's more or less ok, I have the technologie awerness, but for example for my wife is that very bad. Because of that we have to do a lot at first before we can you the android auto. I still search for another solution

Bonjour, j'ai acheté l'année dernière un car-play pour ma Citroen C4 Picasso II de 2014 afin d'avoir une caméra, téléphone, Waze. avec mon téléphone Redmi note 10 pro enfin tous cela fonctionnée a merveille jusqu'à la mise a jour de fin juin . depuis mon téléphone on m'entend et moi je n'entends pas les personnes. j'ai donc tout Remi comme sortie d'usine réinstaller car-play et téléphone tout fonctionne mais 1h00 après je refait le teste et ne fonctionne plus de nouveau j'appelle où l'on m'appelle les personnes m'entende et moi non .j'ai même redémonté le car-play complet vérifiée le faisceau si pas de câbles coupé ou sorti de cosse rien d'anormal. je suis perdu merci de médé si vous avez déjà rencontré le problème même avec Android auto 10.1 remis a jour rien n'a changé cordialement.
