How do you remove them to reposition them? I miss the old style that had a thumb tab that made them easy to work with.

How come 15 out of the 25 in each bag I bought were deformed and break?

They snap/break 80% of the time installing it exactly as shown in the video. Very frustrating & expensive. Any tips to prevent breakage?
