Hey Rutuja, First of all thanks for watching this video, this video is made in reference to unlock the HR user in Oracle 11g express edition. The steps are little different for oracle 21c express edition, although remember one thing sql developer can be used with any version of Oracle database. And for sure HR user steps are different in other version of databases.

Please show how you set the user name. When creating account for oracle it takes user name as EMAIL address only. All the videos on KZbin just showing how to make connections but not showing how to get those credentials which we have to use for making the connection.
