Thank you for this video. When I try to run setup.exe by right click and run as administrator option, a command prompt just flashes for a split of a second and nothings starts after that. Solution: Hope it will help for others. I have removed the space from my parent folder where I have kept the software folder i.e. from F:\Database\Oracle 19 c\WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home to F:\Database\Oracle19c\WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home It fixed and the installation started working for me without any issues. So it seems we no need to save the Oracle19c software file in C drive.
